Here is the latest speculation regarding a potential transfer target for Fulham. According to the Daily Mail, Fulham are moving in to potentially sign Algeria defender Rafik Halliche. He is a 23 year old centre back who recently played in the World Cup.

The Daily Mail story mentions that Halliche was on loan the past two seasons to Portuguese club Nacional. According the report, Halliche is supposed to be in London by the end of the week for a trial.

Dan Crawford of Hammyend.com actually ran a story yesterday that Fulham were getting close to making a deal for Halliche. With 2 different reports in two days this is speculation to keep following. I will have an update when more information is available.
