I just saw this speculation involving Fulham and Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz. According to the Daily Mail, Mark Hughes is renewing his interest in Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz. The story mentions that Santa Cruz has been in discussion with Lazio. However, the article states that Mark Hughes is making a move on a loan deal for Santa Cruz that could lead to a permanent agreement.

The Daily Mail story also mentions that Mark Hughes is again interested in Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given. The Fulham manager coached both Given and Santa Cruz when he was the head man at Manchester City. I will continue to update the speculation on both players when more information is available.
