Sky Sports News are reporting that Andrew Johnson will leave Fulham at the end of the season with Queens Park Rangers, West Ham United and Reading all monitoring his situation.
The former England international has failed to truly win over fans since his 2008 move from Everton, but he has proved a useful member of the squad. Current manager Martin Jol, however, views him differently and with Johnson's contract set to run out at the end of the season, no new deal has yet been spoken about.
Mark Hughes has already shown a keen interest when his QPR side made a bid in January. The bid was rejected, however, although they are expected to make another move in the summer. Hughes is an admirer of Johnson after spending time with the former Crystal Palace forward at Craven Cottage.
West Ham and Reading will express their interest if promoted.
