West Ham planning to file a complaint against Fulham

I wrote about West Ham possibly filing a complaint against Fulham on Tuesday regarding resting players in the Hull match. This issue looks like it might be going to the next level. It seems this possibility of a complaint could become a reality. According to the skysports.com article, " Hammers to make formal complaint", West Ham are going to be making a formal complaint to the Premier League. Also, according to this article West Ham and Fulham have had a strained relationship regarding another lawsuit.

Fulham are still currently suing West Ham. This suit involves the Carlos Tevez affair in the 2006/2007 season according to the skysports.com article,"Hammers to make formal complaint." Also, in this article is a quote from a West Ham Spokesman that was originally quoted from the Sun. The spokesman stated" Fulham are currently suing us for £500,000. They may find West Ham suing them for £50million next season."

Roy Hogdson decided to rest several players on Saturday against Hull. Danny Murphy, Dickson Etuhu, Damien Duff, Aaron Hughes and Bobby Zamora all did not play. Roy Hogdson is quoted from thesun.co.uk article, "Hammers are ful of rage". Hogdson stated " I made the decision to rest four five players knowing full well I had the right to do that with the quality of players at my disposal."

Based on these 2 articles, it sounds like the bad blood between West Ham and Fulham could continue. This is a story I will continue to follow and update.
