The Cottagers Daily Rumor Mill has two stories today. According to the Skysports.com article "Blues move for Konchesky" Birmingham City have made a bid to land Fulham defender Paul Konchesky. The article also states that Konchesky has one year left on his contract with Fulham. The article also mentions that Skysports.com believes that Fulham are looking to sign Nicky Shorey. He came on loan from Aston Villa but is now back with his club.
In my opinion, Konchesky has been a very solid player for Fulham. I hope he stays with the Cottagers. I also thought Nicky Shorey did a nice job at his time with the club. It would be nice to see him come to the club on a permanent basis.
Also, today we have some information regarding Fulham's interest in Carlton Cole. According to a Daily Mail article, Fulham made an offer for Carlton Cole and it was rejected by West Ham. This article from the Daily Mail has this Carlton Cole story according to the Daily Telegraph. This Daily Mail story also mentions that Stoke and Birmingham City had offers rejected as well for Carlton Cole.
I will be following these stories and any updated information I receive on these rumors I will update my site.
