Here is the latest rumor regarding a possible transfer target for Fulham. According to the Sun, both Fulham and Birmingham City are monitoring Cheick Tioté. He is a 24 year old midfielder for the Ivory Coast. He has been playing in the World Cup for his country.

His current club team is FC Twente where he has played since 2008. He was a member of a club that just won the Dutch Title. According to the Sun, he is throught to be a transfer target at £4million.
