I just saw this interesting rumor regarding a USA International striker. According to the News Of the World, Fulham might have interest in Edson Buddle of the Los Angeles Galaxy. He was on the USA team that just lost to Ghana 2 - 1 in the World Cup. He did not play in the game. The article states that he could be brought in to take the place of Erik Nevland who just left the club to go back to Norway.

Edson Buddle is 29 years old and is having a sensational year with the Galaxy. So far this season he has scored 9 goals in nine games. He also has two assists so far this season. Also, in a friendly match for the United States against Australia he scored two goals in the first half past Mark Schwarzer.

Edson Buddle has some skill as a striker. I will be following this rumor. If there becomes anymore information regarding this speculation I will have an update.
