With all the rumors going around in the media regarding Roy Hodgson I noticed a story that involves Harry Redknapp. According to skysports.com ,Liverpool could be making a move for Tottenham's Harry Redknapp as a potential managerial candidate.
The story mentions that Redknapp has one year left on his current Tottenham contract. This Skysports report talks about that Tottenham would probably fight pretty hard to keep him at White Hart Lane.
Another coach might want to be contacted regarding the Liverpool job. According to the Metro, Sven Goran - Eriksson has mentioned he would be interested in the Liverpool position. He is currently the manager of Ivory Coast. The story mentions he is a lifelong fan of Liverpool.
There are so many stories out there right now regarding the open Liverpool position. Personally, the Harry Redknapp link could be a longshot. Why would Redknapp want to leave Tottenham as they enter the Champions League? Eriksson could be a candidate but are Liverpool interested in him? Hodgson also could be a candidate and I am hoping Fulham fight very hard to keep him at Craven Cottage.
The Liverpool job is probably going to have many more twists and turns. I will continue to follow this story with updates.
