I just saw this story regarding Fulham and potential interest in a goalkeeper. According to the Daily Mail,  Fulham will be turned away by any approach to sign Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart. The story states that Manchester City have made it known that they will not discuss any type of offer for Hart.

The England International goalkeeper is only 23 years old. Hart made his debut for Manchester City in October of 2006. Based on this article if Fulham are interested they will probably be blocked by any attempt by Manchester City for Joe Hart.

According to the Daily Mail article, Fulham might also have their eye on Portsmouth's David James. I will be following this rumor regarding Manchester City's Joe Hart. I will also be continue to monitor the speculation between Mark Schwarzer and Arsenal which I last wrote about on July 8th.
