Philippe Senderos Injured

Fulham just put out an update on their website on Philippe Senderos. According to Fulhamfc.com, Philippe Senderos had surgery today on his achilles tendon. The club states that they are hoping for him to return to training within six months.    

This is a blow for the Cottagers. Senderos was a summer transfer and he recently played in the World Cup for Switzerland. Last season he played for Arsenal. He was probably going to give Fulham depth at centre back.
