Manchester United received bad news as one of their star players will not be playing at Craven Cottage. According to the Daily Mail, Wayne Rooney will not be playing Sunday against Fulham. The story mentions that Rooney has a stomach virus.
According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United's team docter has ruled Wayne Rooney out for the match. The question for Manchester United is who will Sir ALex Ferguson replace Rooney with at striker at Craven Cottage?
In regards to Fulham for Sunday's game Mark Schwarzer is still questionable. If he cannot go, a possible option could be David Stockdale who played last week at Bolton. Once the starting lineups are announced on Sunday I will have a post. It should still be a great game between Fulham and Manchester United. The Cottagers have beaten Manchester United two years in a row in league play at Craven Cottage.
