I just saw this interesting piece of speculation regarding Fulham. According to the Daily Mirror, Fulham are making a move for ex - Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb. He is currently playing for Barcelona. Mark Hughes would want to bring in Hleb on a loan deal from Barcelona the Daily Mirror article mentions.

The article also mentions that Stuttgart was not able to secure a loan deal again for Hleb. The midfielder is also a former player of that German club. There seems to be a great amount of competition to land the former Arsenal midfielder. According to the Daily Mirror, Aston Villa, Sunderland, Tottenham Hotspur, and West Ham could also be monitoring him.

Alexander Hleb is a 29 year old attacking midfielder from Belarus. He played in Germany for Stuttgart from 2000 - 2005. He then moved on to Arsenal from 2005 - 2008. Hleb then went to Barcelona in 2008. He has only played in 19 games for Spanish Champions . Last summer he went out on loan to Stuttgart and is now back with Barcelona.

I will be following the transfer speculation of ex - Arsenal midfielder Alexander Hleb. It should be no surprise that Fulham have steep competition to land this player.  When there is more information I will have an update.
