The Scotsman are reporting that Aberdeen midfielder Fraser Fyvie is considering a move to Craven Cottage in a cut-price £1 million move over the Summer.

If the move were to go ahead, Fyvie would be joining former Aberdeen youngster Jack Grimmer, who moved from Aberdeen to Fulham at the end of the January transfer window and this could well prove to be an important factor in Fyvie's eventual decision to leave Scotland.

Supposedly, Martin Jol was considering a move for the 19 year old last year but any potential move was delayed due to injury concerns. The youngster has impressed since, however, at Pittodrie - so much so that manager Craig Brown has claimed that, rather than signing for Fulham, Fyvie should be eyeing up the higher echelons of the Premier League.

Fyvie himself, though, only spoke of his ambition to play "somewhere else".

"I just kind of need to go to progress my career," Fyvie said.

"Some people need a change and I feel it's the right time for me to try my luck somewhere else."

Meanwhile, the Daily Star is reporting, quite succinctly, that Jol is planning to move for West Ham midfielder George Moncur, currently on loan at AFC Wimbledon.
