Hidden deeply within his full length interview with FulTime magazine, Fulham's official magazine, Martin Jol has stated that Fulham will be playing three matches in China as part of their pre-season preparations.

With games against Wycombe Wanderers and Charlton Athletic already announced, it is likely that the three fixtures that Jol speaks of will take place in early to mid July, making for, as it stands, a five game pre-season.

"Our pre-season fixtures include three games in China," said Jol. "That will be an interesting experience.

"It's a long way to go and play, but having gone to South Korea with Tottenham we actually went on to have a good season, so I don't think it's a bad thing."

Just when will we pay a visit to America?
