Martin Jol answered questions following the 1-1 draw against Real Betis. In his comments, he confirmed that Adel Taarabt is set to join the squad pending the medical.

The more upsetting aspect of this is that it appears to be just a loan with no purchase option. I'm not sure I'm a big fan of doing that, as I'd like to be able to hold onto the player if he performs well.
