Fulham have been drawn to face off against fellow Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Third Round of the FA Cup. Our previous meeting against Wolves this season ended in a disappointing 1-0 defeat at the Cottage in late August. Bakary Sako scored the solitary goal that night, and Wolves now sit 13th in the league, five points ahead of Fulham.

Fulham's FA Cup run last year ended in the Fourth Round. Disaster struck with a poor away performance at Sheffield United followed up by an abysmal showing at home to the Blades. Fulham lost 1-0 to an 120th minute winner, and will hope to improve on our recent poor cup form. The Cottagers were knocked out of the Capital One Cup in late October after a disappointing 5-2 home loss to Derby.

The tie will be played the weekend of January 2nd and hopefully the lads can start a brilliant cup run this season. COYW!
