Of all the ways to reveal your move to another club, this one came from a small, unseen Tweet.
Congrats to @reganpoole and @arondavies05 on their moves to Fulham. Hope me and @jasontrinder helped in some way at Cardiff Schools

The Wales U18 player then went on to say he doesn't know when he will actually be transferred, but later he uploaded a photo of the Cardiff vs Fulham match. The offer is expected to be under £100k.
Poole, 16, has only made five senior appearances for the Exiles’ first team, but has attracted a host of scouts to South Wales. Manager Justin Edinburgh expects the deal to be done soon for Poole, who could have left for nothing at the end of the season. "Regan’s deal is ongoing, I don’t get too involved in the facts and the figures, but I know Fulham have made an offer than has been accepted by us," Edinburgh said "It’s an offer that’s been accepted, one we feel is right for the club and Regan.
Aaron Davies is still on the books of Bristol City but he has yet to make an appearance for their first team, and confirmed his exit via Twitter also.
@AndyGorman3 @ReganPoole @jasontrinder cheers mate

Two signings. Both young, fresh and promising. Good move Kit?
The Worry & Confusion
When demand for First Team experience and knowledge of the Championship is at an all time high, signing youngsters seems the last thing Symons would do. But he knows his young guns, and so Fulham fan's will just have to trust his judgment on this one.
The Bright Side
Aron Davies has been likened to Steven Caulker, a developing Premier League star center back. Meanwhile, Regan Poole is being called a 'starlet', and minutely missed out on a place at Manchester United earlier this year.
