West Ham's Ricardo Vaz Te has been out of contention for months now, and the unfavorable scenario is now getting to the Portugese forward. On 28 August 2013, Vaz Tê handed in a transfer request. To this day (12th January 2015), he still hasn't been given the go ahead to leave. After making just 4 starts in the 2014/15 season, he is odds on to exit, his most likely destination being Fulham.
The 28-year-old hasn't netted once this season, but the Championship Play-Off 2012 final winner has undoubted experience at second-tier level. Tall and athletic he would most definitely compete with Rodallega for the First Team striker spot.
With Rodallega's contract due to expire at the end of the season, the move makes perfect sense for Kit Symons and Shahid Khan. They have the money and the player seems vulnerable, an imminent move?
CURRENT ODDS: 4/5 (Oddschanger)
Meanwhile, Wolves and Fulham will go head-to-head for the loan signing of Crystal Palace's Zeki Fryers. The young central defender has Premier League experience under his belt, coming up against the likes of Raheem Sterling, Ashley Young and Eden Hazard; making their lives difficult. The strong defender can also play as a full-back, tracking runs and making vital challenges.
Yet former Palace manager Neil Warnock said the player was 'nowhere near the Starting XI', making the move even more likely.
