Could Fulham lose Moussa Dembele to Everton?

The London Evening Standard is suggesting the young striker could leave this summer.

Moussa Dembele has been at Fulham since 2012, when he joined from Paris Saint Germain. He has been fairly dominant with the youth squads, but so far has only made fifteen appearances with the senior club. Even so, the U19 French International has caught the eyes of bigger clubs, including Everton. When asked about a possible transfer, he had this to say.

I am very flattered with the interest from top level clubs. I always want to improve, but I love Fulham and have respect for them. I will work hard to do my best.

I don't know (if staying at Fulham is the best thing for me). I will take my time to make the right choice. I feel very good at Fulham, I know everyone.

I want to take the time with my family and agent and people around me to take the right choice.

If Fulham were to lose both Dembele and Patrick Roberts it would be fairly devastating for the youth system. That being said, we all knew that Fulham would never be able to hold on to it's top youth forever. If these players make the club a tidy profit that can be re-invested, the academy has served it's purpose.

Personally, I believe Dembele should stick on more year at Fulham. With Hugo Rodallega departing, he should see quite a bit more time with the first team and will get far more playing time than he would at a place like Everton.
