With pre-season training under way, Dennis Adeniran is hopeful his inclusion to the First Team's training session will be the dawn of a successful 2016/17 campaign.
Over the past few seasons the club have seen a majority of the youth team prospects leave the club. Most notably the three stand out players from the club's FA Youth Cup final run of 2014.
Patrick Roberts was sold to Manchester City in 2015, After a successful debut senior season. Whilst Hyndman and Dembele left the club this summer on a free after their contracts with the club expired.
Looking toward the future
Slaviša Jokanović has hand picked a group of youngsters to attend First Team training session, with the 17 year old eager to impress .
Adeniran told fulhamfc.com, “It was a bit of a surprise but I worked hard last season and managed to break into the England team, so I like to think I’ve deserved it."
The young Midfielder's performances with the Under-18s last season, Earned the Young Lion's starlet call-ups to the Under-21’s squad.
Is this a start of something special?
Adeniran played a key role in England reaching the last eight of the Under-17's European championship. Now turning his attention towards aiming for a debut in the Fulham First Team.
Since Fulham's relegation in 2014, The club's roster has lacked passion and fight amongst the ranks. Adeniran's passion for the club is evident, Quoting in his interview with fulhamfc.com, “I expect a lot of myself, so I’m aiming to make my debut this season. It would mean a lot to me to do that with Fulham as I’ve been here since I was 13.”
Adeniran's determination to succeed will be refreshing within a team, Who's confidence will be knocked after a strenuous campaign last season.
