In the latest episode of Scouting Reports, I look at four players Fulham have been linked to.

After signing Jozabed from Rayo Vallecano, Fulham have been looking for more signings to fill in the gaps. Slavisa has identified 4 more players that he is interested in bringing to the club. Wallyson Mallmann, Ben Marshall, Sebastien Bassong, and Cyriac are the four players we have been linked to.

Wallyson Mallmann

Club: Sporting Lisbon

Appearances: 8 starts, 6 subs

Goals: 0

Assists: 2

WhoScored Rating: 6.54

When Fulham sold Bryan Ruiz to Sporting Lisbon, we reportedly received a fee in the region of one million euros. Apparently, Lisbon have yet to pay that fee, and are more keen on sending a player on loan to substitute for that debt. According to reports, that player is Brazilian central midfielder Wallyson Mallmann. Mallmann spent last season on loan at Nice in France. He played pretty well, impressing many with his crisp passing and good skill. Mallmann would fill the role of a skillful midfielder at Fulham. Other than Jozabed, Fulham lack a midfielder with pure skill, who can beat a defender one on one.

Ben Marshall

Club: Blackburn Rovers

Appearances: 44 starts

Goals: 2

Assists: 0

WhoScored Rating: 6.80

Ben Marshall is a name that most should recognize from last season. He played in our nervy 2-1 win at home, and looked very dangerous. He plays with a good amount of pace and skill, but his best attribute is his stamina. He runs for all 90 minutes and there is no noticeable drop off. He has a sweet right foot and scored two goals last season, which no doubt helped Blackburn after they lost Jordan Rhodes. The lack of assists could concern some, but his overall quality in Jokanovic's new system would lead to more assists this year.

Sebastien Bassong

Club: Norwich City

Appearances: 30 starts, 2 subs

Goals: 1

Assists:

Yellow Cards: 4

Red Cards:0

WhoScored Rating:6.75

Slavisa Jokanovic linked up with Bassong during Watford's promotion campaign, and is reportedly interested in a coming together at Fulham. Last season, Bassong played a good amount in the Premier League, but this year he has fallen out of favor. In 32 total appearances last year, Bassong played fairly well. In the Championship this year, Alex Neil has oped for other partnerships. At Fulham, Bassong could help with his experience and his pace and is also decently tall and strong in the air. Overall, I think that Bassong would be a great signing to help us push for promotion.

Cyriac

Club: Oostende

Appearances: 28

Goals: 13

Assists: 4

WhoScored Rating: N/A

Jokanovic has said in all of his interviews that he wants a striker. If rumors are correct, the striker is Cyriac. After a disappointing spell at Anderlecht, Cyriac moved to Oostende, there he flourished and scored many goals.  He would offer a physical presence in the box that we currently lack. he would play well next to Matt Smith, who has shown his quality so far this year. Signing Cyriac could wrap up a quality window for the Fulham attack.

In conclusion, all three of these players would be good signings for Fulham. Also, this would be a sign of the club backing Jokanovic.
