Fulham Football Club have signed youth player Timmy Abraham to his first professional contract. The contract will extend out until the summer of 2020.
The 17-year-old forward is brothers to current Premier League player, Tammy Abraham. Having arrived just one season ago from Charlton Athletic, the club has been impressed with the young forward, and decided to get the deal done quickly.
“ It’s a very good feeling.” The 17-year-old says. “I hope to achieve much more, and that this is just the start of many more things to come.”
“I try to be the best I can in every game and I just want to focus on pushing forward.”
The Academy Director, Huw Jennings said: “We took a strategic decision to invest in Timmy, whose profile is very different to other players we have in the Academy. We’re pleased he has signed, and we are looking forward to a bright future with him at Fulham.”
